As first home buyers, we didn't know much. Joe was fantastic from the word go. I was impressed with him at the open home, he was knowledgeable about the house and followed up on our questions promptly. When we decided to make and offer Joe sat down for over an hour with us, explaining all the different parts of how to make an offer, what that entailed and what would happen next. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was really knowledgeable about what to get onto asap and what can be put on the backburners. Made the whole thing as stress-free as possible. Joe was prompt at replying and made communication between us as buyers and the sellers a breeze. I can't do enough justice to how great Joe was.
