A Rare Find: An Agent Who Puts Your Needs Above a Sale

Jodi is very down-to-earth, clear about the entire process, and kept me at ease the entire journey, which is not an easy task. I have and will continue to recommend Jodi to friends regarding her approach to selling one's home and finding another for them, or whatever the case may be. In my case, I wanted to go from the 3-bedroom to a small, quiet unit. I sold and bought with Jodi because I TRUST her. TOP 10 for Jodi; I wish her all the success in the world of real estate. We had met in the past, possibly 4 or more years ago. I meet with a few agents to get an idea of who I might like to sell my home to; all the other agents from other agencies prepared appraisals and tried their hardest to convince me they were the ones to sell my home. Jodi did not and sincerely advised against having a conversation with me; she felt I was not ready and it would not be a wise idea to suggest selling when, in fact, I did not sound like I really wanted to do it. Turns out Jodi was right. I knew then when I was ready, she would be the agent to do so. 2 weeks from the sign-up, my offer accepted, my buyer's offer accepted, and SOLD. FABULOUS!!!!
