The whole process could have been really overwhelming, and it was still pretty stressful, but it was made significantly better having someone to guide us. I always found that Joanne was realistic and didn't try to create an expectation that wasn't achievable. I appreciated that and it made me trust Joanne and her ability to market the property properly. Joanne was quick to get the house on the market and had the maximum possible open homes. Joanne was very good at providing feedback from open homes and inquires that was of interest. At no point did I feel pressured or persuaded into something I wasn't comfortable with.
