We found our dream property so I got Jo to come round to give us an appraisal of what our house would be worth if we sold. As soon as our offer was accepted late on a Thursday night (18), we signed the paperwork for Jo to sell our house the day after (19), photographers were in Saturday (20) and we were on the market Monday (22). First offer came in Thursday (25) and we verbally accepted an offer on Friday/Saturday (26/27), so there was no open home on the Sunday. In that 10 day period I had to travel to Hamilton, Wellington, Palmerston North and Auckland, so to be able to leave all of that in the hands of a very capable Jo, gave me one less thing to stress about. When Jo did an appraisal, the price we actually got was on the higher end of that appraisal. I also liked how she does a fixed price commission so no matter what you sell for, you know how much you will be paying. I don't think we will be selling anytime soon now that we have our dream home, but if we were to then without a doubt it would be with Jo.

Joanna was transparent, professional, understanding and always available with expert advise when required. She listed our property and was available for a 1 hour open home, however due to demand she stayed for two hours to cater to those wanting to view the property. We had an offer on our property within 30 hours after the open home with multiple offers and this was due to her work ethic and commitment to both the buyer and the seller.
