This was my first time selling a house, my first house. It was a great experience working with Joanna Gu. She explains everything in detail and communicates the show-home feedback in a timely manner. She has excellent marketing sense in advertising and promoting our house. I have to express my special thanks to her boys for acting in the home introduction video. Excellent job!

Joanna is very kind and warm hearted, she provided very good services when I am buying the house.
