Joan was very knowledgeable about the market in my area and very straight forward in explaining what we did and didn't need to do to prepare for sale. Explained things well, especially changes to the method of sale which I didn't understand initially. Her methods clearly work because after just a few tweaks she successfully sold our home in a challenging market
