Joan gave us good advice without pushing her own agenda. She listened to us and came up with great solutions when initially marketing our house. When an offer was made, she went above and beyond during the sale to settlement process. The final week before settlement was horrific dealing with the purchaser but Joan was open and honest with both sides and very supportive through the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Joan to anyone who wants to sell and/or buy a property.

Joan was incredible, my home was listed right before the economy started changing majorly and she was very logical and quick to act on any interest rate rise or nationwide announcement that would affect the housing market. This enabled the home to be set at the right price throughout the duration of the listing and kept the house in the sights of potential buyers.
