As well as being an amazing agent, Joan is a lovely friendly caring person which makes the whole purchasing process easier. She was very flexible as I was out of Auckland when the property went on the market - she made herself available to show me the property when it worked with my travel plans. She knew the property inside out and was fantastic at getting the detail I needed to go unconditional at a time that was very busy for me. She knows the Milford area well and gave honest advice. Her experience was evident through the purchasing process (it has changed a bit since I last purchased) and her response times to queries was super fast including at times anticipating my next query, all of which made what can be a difficult process, stress free.
