Jo and her partner, Peter were fantastic! They shared their knowledge of the CHCH market and set realistic expectations with me and marketed my place well. After minimal interest initially, they gave me good advice and reassurance and together we pivotted to a different marketing strategy. The first prospect after that put in an offer straight away, and Jo negotiated above the "Offers Above" for a solid result.
