I contacted Jo as she was a successful and well know agent in our area. I found her to be professional with an indepth knowledge of St Martins and the surrounding areas. We both agreed on a sales price which was pretty much predicted by the summary of recent sales in the area which I thought was very accurate. We ended up achieving our result and within the 2 week deadline sales process which was fantastic. Jo is not a pushy sales type, which i really respected and appreciated, as selling my home was a difficult time for me personally.
