Jo was the perfect guide for my husband and I during the process of buying our first home. Both completely unaware of the process, we relied heavily on Jo to lead us through everything step by step. As a working mother with a young baby, I found it particularly considerate and helpful that Jo came to our home during evenings rather than asking me to juggle leaving work early and bringing my daughter to her office; her PA even played with bubs while we went through the paperwork! Jo is a superb communicator via phone and email but also through txt message, which was invaluable for all the updates that come with buying a home. Jo also advocated on our behalf with the vendor re some things that had to be sorted at the house post-building report, which we really appreciated. She also took a family photo of us next to our "sold" sign which was very sweet. Jo has a fantastic, professional yet friendly/bubbly personality and is very knowledgeable about real estate - we were astonished to learn she had only recently entered this field, as she comes across as a real pro. Would definitely work with Jo again and recommend her to others in the house buying/selling market.
I used Jo to sell 2 rental properties which were difficult properties to market as they were leased to Housing Corp so was very restricted in terms of conducting open homes and walk-throughs . She was very adaptable and responsive and managed to sell both properties far quicker than I expected (one during Covid-19 lockdown). We were in the market initially for an appraisal of our main property upon meeting Jo decided to get appraisal's for our rentals as well. Jo explained everything to us and we made the decision based on the information Jo provided and just general discussion as well to sell our rentals. Which we did. On the market for like a week and we had offers, absolutely amazing. Jo took us through step by step and explained everything.. Jo's knowledge helped us to sell and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. If Jo wasn't aware of something she would come back to us with an answer.
