Jo stood out from the start with her efficiency and can-do attitude. I am certainly happy I signed on with her. She said she would get a good price for my property and she did. Along the road to getting the sale, there were a few bumps, but if plan A didn't work out, then Jo would always have a plan B and if that hadn't worked out, she had a plan C. I can’t rate Jo highly enough. She has a great knowledge of property in our area, and across the city. She is easy to deal with, and at no time did I feel I was being rushed or pressured. She is honest with her assessments and straight up with her opinions. She guided me gently through the sale by auction process. I really appreciate this, as I was quite nervous. Without doubt I would work with Jo again. Her knowledge, honesty and friendly nature are such great assets.

She was fast and efficient to deal with and never missed anything, she facilitated a short notice viewing for us before we went to auction for another home (and missed out). The deadline process she facilitated was easy, professional and by the book. Right from the start Jo was just the sort of agent we were looking for to sell our property of 35 years. Jo was so understanding and compassionate, combined with being honest and communicating well when needed. Jo and her lovely assistant Tanya really took the stress out of selling our property. No question or request was ever too much trouble and they were always there to help us through. Then when we had sold our property and missed out on buying multiple properties we were getting pretty stressed out and despondent. Then along came Jo and Tanya with a property to view. We instantly knew we wanted to buy the property and Jo Tanya took the stress out of buying our new property. We cannot recommend Jo enough if you are buying or selling (or both like us) in Christchurch :)
