Very carrying with my elderly dad, Jo is not pushy she is very caring

Jo sold my 100 year old fathers property and she was excellent through out the process. She kept us informed about everything. People say selling a property is stressfull, well not with Jo.

From day 1 Jo has supported us through our journey to owning our very first home. Jo has kept us informed, involved and included every step of the way. Jo definitely had our best interest at heart and always reassured us during those uncertain times. We had some great laughs along the way too. Jo is absolutely great at her job and I would highly recommend her services to anyone especially first home buyers. My partner and I met Jo and Matt at a nearby Open Home and asked if they would look at and sell our home for us. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They spend time explaining the process to us, made suggestions in terms of presenting our home, found two very enthusiastic purchasers (which put us into a multi-offer position) within weeks (during a tough market phase), and continued to support both vendor and purchaser right through to having the keys handed over. Her after-sales service and attention to detail was the best I have received. Jo is honest, responsive and professional. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional agent.

Jo is very thorough. Time was spent talking through paperwork and Jo checked we understood. All visits/communication was not rushed and Jo maintained a warm, honest approach. Even after sale was complete, Jo continued looking after us. Can’t get better than this.
