Experienced, efficient and supportive

We were working on a tight time frame to sell our house and from the very first meeting Jo was well prepared, efficient, professional and also (importantly) warm and friendly. We really appreciated the full Harcout resources that Jo brought to the sales process. The marketing was superb, with great photos, video and drone images. Jo worked with us to ensure we understood and were comfortable with the auction process.
