We had great communication with our agent Evie. But she moved out of Hamilton while our deal was getting done. I was very much disappointed when I got keys picked up like something small. I mean buying your own home is a kind of dream come true thing. So if the keys were handed over in special way, I mean should invite whole family to receive keys and take photos. Those kind of things just makes the moment special.
