I first meet Jo when i purchased my house 6 years ago and she wasn't my agent, she was the sellers. She was friendly, personable, professional, helpful and experienced in the market in NZ. I was first time home buyer and had zero clues as to what to do and Jo helped me through the process with professionalism and integrity. She never once took advantage of my lack of knowledge.
