The confidence Jo inspired in our initial contact, proved well justified. She explained the sales procedure in very clear terms and all was satisfactorily fulfilled as we’d agreed in the beginning. Jo went ‘above and beyond’ to help us prepare the property for sale from a distance. She put in a lot of work, knowing the right people for the prep tasks and ensuring the work was done up to expectation. I was super impressed by Jo's energy and commitment to get our house sold. She worked every weekend running open homes and worked with purchasers arranging private viewings during the week. She always gave us the feedback from the people viewing the house (good and back) and willingly took on our suggestions for countering some of that feedback.

Jo was instrumental in the whole campaign from initially walking up our drive to introduce her self (cold call) to us taking her on as our agent. All we can say is a “Huge Thank You” to Jo and the Team for getting our Sale “Over The Line” in what can only be called a challenging market (Jo is a "Specialist In Selling Apartments !!!) – selling is at no time is easy however Jo guided us through the process while contending with the ongoing Covid Climate, Market Forces caused by the War in Ukraine and NZ facing a cost of living crisis along with Sky Rocketing Interest Rates going higher each day – With all of this Jo got us sold and at the right price – which is rear as many agents just focus on any sale at any price (There's Lots Of Howick Agents in That Group Sadly !!!) I also must say to the seller who gave the 4 star rating – are you mad and shame on you !!! – You should have sold with B & T and in this market should just be thankful for a sale !!!
