What an easy, seamless, and peaceful transaction our latest property purchase has been in Marlborough thanks to the kindness, sincerity, and professionalism of Jo Chamberlain and partner, Murray Hewson. A week prior to viewing the property I emailed to enquire, and Jo picked up the phone and made contact. Snap! Relationship/trust sorted! From a female perspective, Jo is so warm, genuine, and ‘easy’ to get on with. We requested further information and were promptly provided with everything we required to make an informed decision and keep our lawyer happy all this while Jo was in the north island with her elderly Mum in hospital! A week later we made a quick decision to fly down on Tuesday pm as the deadline sale was Wednesday 3pm. Jo and Murray met us at the property Wednesday morning and again – snap! Decision made! Jo and Murray warmly welcomed us, did their professional ‘thing’ then ‘let us be’ to quietly explore on our own. Perfect! Nothing worse than salespeople breathing down your neck. Although she had a very heavy schedule the following week, she made sure that she personally followed up with us for not only feedback but to support our offer process.
