Jitender went above and beyond helping me with the preparation for the sale of the property. All aspects were clearly explained throughout the process. He was very knowledgable regarding the present market values and gave me various mediums in which I could compare similar properties that had sold in the same area as mine. I was kept up to date at all times. I would recommend Jitender to anyone who is wanting to sell their property through a very professional and considerate agent.

Overall was very helpful.

Base on our experiences whilst dealing with Jitendra and Sally we found them to be very helpful and passionate about their buyers. They provided us with the right advice and were open to communication about the areas of concern. They were acting in the best interest on behalf us. It was a pleasure having them as our real estate agents and they made our job easier.

I was impressed with Jitender & Sally from the get go. They explained the sales process thoroughly and kept me informed along the way. They've sold two houses for me & I believe the advice they offered about presentation & marketing was very insightful & no doubt contributed to achieving the outcome I was looking for. I regard Jitender & Sally as top tier professionals & highly recommended them for anyone looking to sell property

Jitender and Sally were able to get a good result for us on what turned out to be a sale that took longer than expected. They were helpful with getting the final few minor issues sorted out to get our apartment sale over the line.

I recently sold a house in Flat Bush with Jitender & Sally and results speak louder than words! I felt confident by partnering with them since the first contact as they were very professional, and their market knowledge was absolutely accurate. Jitender & Sally were quick and efficient, provided great feedback, helped clearly explain all details and even helped me dealing with the local authorities to obtain necessary documentation. In addition, they were extremely responsive to every situation and to every one of my questions, no matter how small. They managed the whole process until settlement brilliantly and I was able to achieve a great result! Thank you! Jitender & Sally you did a fantastic job!

Jitender & Sally achieved an ABOVE asking price for the sale of my property in one of the worst streets of Auckland! From the day we met, I was impressed with their professionalism, experience, strategy and marketing plan. The Elite Team worked around the clock 24/7, regularly keeping me updated, eventually leading to the presentation of 9 offers. Jitender & Sally sold my home above the asking price! When it comes to selling another property, I will be going straight to the Elite Team - my first call is to Jitender & Sally. Thank you!

We are very happy with the service we received from Jitendra and Sally. They both are very hardworking and are result driven. We are very happy with the end result. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Jitender Setia is a well seasoned marketing agent who has a deep insight in to the trends and behaviour of the buyers and steers all the interest in the right direction to get the best results. Well done on selling out home so quickly!!

Jitender and Sally are very knowledgeable and dedicated team. Highly recommend.

Jitender and Sally made selling our first house a very seamless process. Right from the first text message, Jitender & Sally have always been attentive and updated us at each milestone, providing informative and honest feedback throughout. As a result we were able to sell our house for a higher sum than we expected at auction (even whilst most others were advising against doing an auction).
