Having done Real Estate before I can certainly vouch for Jimmy as an agent. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely prompt about finding out information and getting back to me. I threw question after question at him and he went above and beyond to get me the information. He accommodated various professionals I had thru the property for inspection or quotes and nothing seemed to be a problem.

Jimmy helped us find our happy home which was a very good experience for us. It was a quick and easy process, and the negotiations with the seller helped us to close the buying process easier and within our budget. We are really happy to find this home. Jimmy had done a great job.

Have known Jimmy for 3 years now as he was recommend to us from a person which he sold their house which no one else could sell.He marketed our house before and it did not sell for the price he thought it was worth. Later he relisted it and with his hard work sold for above market price within weeks. We found in all our dealings with Jimmy he is a performer of the highest integrity as an agent and person. He went the extra mile in taking us to see other property's and helped us secure or new home through a tough Auction process. Through all this he only guided us and never pushed us into anything we did not want as other agent's or company's have done. Would absolutely recommend or use hom again.

We were very happy having Jimmi work on our behalf for the sale of our property. He was very professional in handling all aspects of the sale which ranged from the original property assesment right through to the property becoming unconditional. Jimmi went the extra mile for our sale which we we are very grateful to him for. We would not hesitate in recommending Jimmi.

I can recommend to my friends that Jimmy is a professional and great at his job of expertise.

Jimmy Pattinson sold my house recently, he is a true professional in all aspects of his work. He works tirelessly to achieve the best result for his vendor.

Buying our first home was a little daunting... But Jimmy was very approachable and easy to talk to. He was professional, and eased our anxiety by explaining the process in a way we could understand. He always made sure to check in at important milestones, and send reminders to help us keep ontop of everything. We couldn’t have been blessed with a better agent, and are now looking forward to the new year in our own home.

I am so thankful that Jimmy was our agent. He was fully invested in the sale and worked hard to make sure it ran smoothly - I really feel he earned every cent (and some). His honesty, reliability, insight and sensitive nature is an asset and I would highly recommend him to others.
