Jim Crispin as been associated with the agricultural sector for most of his life, raised on a family-owned sheep and beef farm in Northen Hawkes Bay. After leaving school, Jim took up a career in banking and held a number of management roles in Wellington and the Lower North Island. In 1989 Jim relocated to Dannevirke, building an extensive knowledge of the district, and in the process has become well known and is respected for his knowledge and sound judgement. In 1998 Jim was offered an opportunity to establish a branch of a large rural based bank providing service that extended throughout the Tararua. In addition, Jim also served on a number of high profile boards either as an appointed or elected member. He also continues to work voluntarily for a number of a local organisations, including a role as Justice of the Peace. Jim served five terms as a District Councillor, which assist in keeping him in touch with the n needs of the Tararua District. Since gaining his National Certificate in Real Estate in 2014, Jim has used his extensive knowledge and experience of the agricultural sector to assist clients. This experience has contributed to the achievement of a number of sales obtained over the last ten years. Vendors and purchasers benefit from his skilled assessment of properties, resulting in a growing network of satisfied clients.
