Buying a house can be super stressful, but she made the whole process feel way more chill and manageable. We had the pleasure of working with Jilly Perry to purchase our first home, and overall, it was a positive experience. Jilly was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent, always keeping us informed and making sure everything was in order at every step. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how she took the time to explain things and guide us through what can be a very overwhelming process. That being said, there were a couple of moments that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. One incident occurred when we were considering putting an offer on a house, and Jilly shared with us how much commission she would earn from our offer. While we understand that agents work on commission, we didn’t appreciate that being brought up in such a direct manner. Additionally, there were times when she asked our mortgage broker questions that seemed more appropriate for her to know as an experienced agent, or at least questions that she shouldn’t have been asking in that context. Despite these few hiccups, we did feel that Jilly’s expertise and dedication to helping us find the right home were strong. If you're looking for someone who is responsive and committed, Jilly is a solid choice, but we would recommend a bit more professionalism when discussing financial aspects and knowing the boundaries in terms of what information should be asked and shared.
