Selling my Pōkeno property from Australia could have been a bit of a mission, but Jill McLean and Simone Keven from Harcourts Pukekohe made the whole thing surprisingly easy. My home went to market on 23 January 2026 and was sold and settled by 6 March — which honestly felt like record time. Their persistence with marketing and open homes kept the momentum going and clearly did the trick. Being based in Australia, I really relied on good communication, and Jill and Simone were brilliant. I was kept in the loop the whole time and never felt like I was chasing updates. They’re the perfect mix of professional, approachable, and just genuinely lovely people to deal with.
