Jijo is diligent and hardworking, he was always accessible. In-fact we never needed to ring Jijo second time as he always picked his phone for a chat and tried to find solutions to our problems. It was our first time selling and we had so many questions which Jijo managed very well. He managed expectations from both our and buyers end very well. We had the result we wanted in a week as we were working with limited time. Other agents had appraised our property much lower, which is understandable with how market is.
