My sister and I found Jijo easy to commuicate with but my mother who's house Jijo was sellinging, had some difficulty in hearing and understanding the terminologies but Jijo went above and beyound to spend time with her explaining the process and even writing it down so she completely understood how things worked, he regularly visited her in the rest home to keep her up to speed with the auction campaign, numbers through etc. On Auction day he was also with her at the rest home orchestrating the process where there was plenty of bidding and a favorable outcome ending with the property sold under the hammer.
