Jet was absolutely great for the sale of my house, she was highly professional during the process, gave advice when sought and communication was always quick and on point. We had a long and sometimes testing time due to other factors, but Jet gave good advice when it mattered. It made the process quite fulfilling especially when sold. As a bonus she also helped us to complete the purchase of our new home. A pleasure having Jet as our real estate agent.

Jet is the most professional and friendly real estate agent we have dealt with. Nothing was a problem for her she went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our property. We would recommend Jet to all

Jet made our selling and purchasing process an ease. She was there supporting us when we were bidding at an auction. Giving sound advice and calming the nerves. Thank you, Jet for your help and support!

Jet was a great help in assisting and taking charge at times in communication of the process in selling our home.

I’ve just bought a House through A agent name Jet Conde. I’ve had the worse Experience with them wouldn’t recommend it especially Jet. Poor Communication, Poor Customer service and very Rude. Hats off to her for not answering my calls after they have sold the house to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I’m very happy to give a positive reference for Jet. She went the extra mile to get a positive result for the sale of our properties. All the best for the future Jet.

Jet is very friendly and easy to talk to. Even as a buyer she was very helpful for us to get the best deal out for us.

It was second time selling my property with her. She is always well organised ,easy to talk too ,very knowledgeable ,also put the best effort on both vendor and buyer so make a good result out ,very trustworthy. Thank you so much for getting thru the hard time with me Jet. All the best for our future.

Easy to deal with and knows her job

Jet proved her integrity, truthfulness and professionalism to us. During the NZ flood, she took time to call us and ask us if we are ok. Just like a daughter taking care of her parents. After our property was sold, our bank overseas needs fully authenticated documents about the sale. She brought the documents in the JP and sent the papers to us. She's no ordinary real estate agent who just want commission. She's a family member who cares.

Alfred & I congratulate Jet Conde & her entire team (Team David) from Harcourts for delivering a SUCCESSFUL SALE of our property. We truly appreciate the hardwork & Jet's personalized marketing strategy evident from the start till end of the sale. Thank you Jet and the Harcourts team for your integrity, excellence, and kindness throughout our journey. We not only saw a high standard of professionalism but also a passion for people and sales. Our family strongly recommend JET CONDE from Team David of Harcourts & Cooper. Also, thank you to Auctioneer Andrew North. Lastly, we give Honor and Glory to our GOD and His amazing promise to those who TRUST in Him..

We were sitting in Australia in the middle of the lockdown but Jet organised everything for us, from renovations to preparing the property for sale. We were in constant touch and she fully project managed the properties for us showing us video progress etc.
