We engaged Jessica to list my mother's and late father's property. She negotiated with and vigorously pursued interested purchasers for us but was also very conscious of providing potential purchasers with accurate information about the property. I received appraisals from other agents before we engaged Jessica, and had also recently purchased a property through another agency myself earlier in the year, and I found Jessica to be diligent and conscious of her professional obligations in comparison to those agents. One example that stood out to me was when we were running through the features of the property, and discussing whether or not you could call the second bedroom a "double" or not. While the other agents I had spoken with suggested marketing it as a "double" on the basis you could fit a double bed into it, Jessica recommended marketing it as a single which was far more realistic for the space. Despite this, Jessica still provided a higher appraisal range than the other agent and achieved a sale price exceeding my expectations. I can confidently say that Jessica has integrity and will fight for vendors to get the best possible outcome for them. I would recommend Jessica to anyone looking to sell their property.
