We had an absolutely exceptional experience purchasing our new home through Jess at Bayleys! From our very first viewing to the day we got the keys, Jess went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless, stress-free, and incredibly exciting. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine support made all the difference. We couldn't be happier with our new place and highly recommend Jess to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Jess was a great communicator from our first approach until the unconditional sale and beyond. Any questions were responded to in a timely manner and our face to face meetings were conducted professionally and with a big smile. We always felt welcomed and her advice and updates were accurate and real to the market. No fluff to keep us happy. Jess was forthcoming when we entered into negotiations and we never felt that the sale was the most important thing, getting what was realistic seemed to take priority. We would thoroughly recommend Jess to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and requires a professional and trustworthy experience.
From the moment I contacted Jess I knew she was the agent for me. Communication was on point and I was updated promptly each step of the sale process. During sales contract negotiations I followed her guidance and was very pleased with the sale result. Highly recommend working with Jess, she is a fun engaging agent who works hard for the best outcome. Would happily work with her again
