Jess is the best agent I have worked with!

We first interacted with Jess when we were looking to buy a section in Governors Bay back in 2021. From that single interaction as buyers, we were so impressed with her professionalism and attitude. I can't recall any other agent leaving that impression on my mind (and I've interacted with quite a few). When we told her our offer price she gave us direct feedback that it was more than what she thought her vendors would get! Her vendors at that point didn't accept our offer but I knew then and there she's an agent who plays with a straight bat and that's not an easy thing to find. So when we had to finally sell our section in Christchurch, I approached Jess directly and long story short - I can’t recommend her enough! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. She kept us informed in perfect amounts, and would not shy away from telling us to move on from buyers who were low balling or making things too complicated. Her ability to handle tricky, sometimes unexpected, questions from potential buyers —especially given that we were dealing with international buyers was fantastic. Although our final price was somewhat lower than what we expected, we were clear we wanted a sale and had to move on. I don't think we could have sold our section without Jess's hard work and guidance along the way. She's a rockstar and I am so glad we got a chance to work with her.
