I'm in my mid eighties and have never sold a house before, so choosing a land agent I could trust was difficult. I feel very lucky to have found Jess Setu. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she immediately understood what was important to me about the property and the sort of people I wanted to buy it. She listened. She developed a step by step plan of action, which suited us both and guided me through the process with kindness and sensitivity. She always arrived at the house before a client, to check everything was in order . One cold wet day she even got a fire going! She kept me informed about potential buyers all the way through. I was able to sell the property quickly to a preferred buyer at the price I wanted. I highly recommend Jess Setu.
