good agent communicated well all through the process

A very thorough person, who looks after her customers well, can handle the job very well and very capable of making her customers satisfied.

We believed that her market knowledge and sales strategy was key in getting a good result for us. Her communications were timely and to the point. She was friendly and professional and great to deal with. We were kept well informed and confident that she was taking care of our business. Although we did not experience her negotiating skills, her explanations regarding the various sales strategies indicated she would be quite competent in that department.

We hope all is well in your world. Just a short note to say how pleased we were with the end result of the auction of our house. It was a total professional process from start to finish.the choices you gave us on the various ways to market our property to the outstanding result at auction which left us on cloud nine. Please pass on our gratitude to Peter the auctioneer and the rest of the team. All the best Evan and Kathy Kitto
