I recently sold my house with Jess McKay. Although it took awhile to get a genuine buyer, Jess did not string me along with a heap of texts and phone calls about minor potential buyers. Jess was always relaxed and realistic about what we wanted to achieve with sale of my property. I would genuinely encourage anyone to seek Jess out for buying or selling a property!! Thank you very much Jess for a successful outcome!!
Very good local knowledge was applied in the Market, which communicated a good base to perspective clients.
As a first time seller I was very happy with the services provided by Jess and the team. Plenty of information to help me make I formed decisions without me feeling overwhelmed. Would definitely use them again.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient Great to deal with made the process very easy
Extremely hardworking in their endeavors to sell the house. Good communication and feedback. Friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend to anyone selling a house in Twizel
Jess Mackay was fantastic to deal with. Her complete honesty with us and her communication via the property reports were invaluable. The reports allowed us to see the activity as well as communication with possible buyers, which allowed us to just let Jess get on with the job without having to annoy her! I would highly recommend Jess to anyone wishing to sell property in the Mackenzie.
If you’re looking for an agent who truly cares, is incredibly knowledgeable and will go to bat for you every step of the way, look no further than Jess Mackay and her team. Simply the best!
Jess was great. Easy to deal with and friendly demeanor. Got our property sold at a price we were happy with. Would use her services again. Thanks Jess
Karan MacDiarmid, Jess Mackay and Team Twizel did an outstanding job in selling our Twizel property. The property market was quite slow at the time of marketing and the property itself was quite unique so we presented Team Twizel with quite a challenge ! However, they were up to it and listened to our needs and marketed it accordingly. A combination of excellent local knowledge, friendly and thoughtful communication with us, a high standard of professionalism, patience, great listening skills and a “stick to your guns” attitude brought in a great result for all parties with no hassle. We were very happy with the result ( as were the purchasers ) and would highly recommend Team Karan and Jess and Team Twizel to anyone considering purchasing or selling real estate in Twizel or the greater Mackenzie Basin area.
Karan helped us find our dream home. She asked about our needs and then suggested we view a property that had been on the market for some time, which we would not have otherwise viewed. Libby and Karan liaised with us over many viewings and liaised with the vendor to answer all our queries promptly. They were friendly, flexible and knowledgeable, providing us with the right advice and support to navigate through the purchase process. Their post offer reassurance and support was much appreciated. Our faith in their future sales ability enabled us to put an unconditional offer in on our dream house, securing it at a good price.
