Not all agents are created equal! Jess is everything a real estate agent should be, if all agents were like Jess there would be no need for a disputes process. As a manager of a customer facing business, I confess I have big expectations for customer service (code for "high maintenance") and to complicate matters, I had a difficult house to sell, but none of this was a problem for Jess. She not only met my needs but anticipated them. I never felt like I was one of many clients as Jess has the ability to understand her customers while helping them with the process. All of this and her sense of humour was critical to the success of selling my house. Jess is wise, supportive and a total professional, after 6 months of almost daily interactions I suspect I am genuinely going to miss her. I don't know how you do it, but sincere thanks from me and E.
