I had possibly a relatively unique experience with Jess. The property I had for sale, was not only due to a deceased estate of which I was the executor, but the sale had an international element too, as I also live Trans-Tasman. Jess truly worked in the best interest of the property, but also within the best interests of us the vendors at this delicate time. Quite unbelievably the property sold within a week, which is phenomenal and a true testament to Jess, her work ethic and background networking.
