Not all agents are created equal! Jess is everything a real estate agent should be, if all agents were like Jess there would be no need for a disputes process. As a manager of a customer facing business, I confess I have big expectations for customer service (code for "high maintenance") and to complicate matters, I had a difficult house to sell, but none of this was a problem for Jess.
