Jess saw our notice for a private sale and rang to see if we would like her to help with the sale. We really were not interested but said that if she wanted she could send us an appraisal, that was in the evening. In the morning the proposal was in the letter box. We gave it over to Jess. She was seen in our area posting notices of open homes. She worked so hard to achieve a sale in quite a short time.
