Jess was professional, easy to communicate with, and generally made the whole process of purchasing our first home together a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Very happy with Jess. We had a previous experience with Jess, and the energy and communication skills we encountered then made our decision easy. We were not disappointed.
Jess Barnes is an incredibly talented salesperson. Her knowledge, marketing strategies and communication skills are unparalleled. We have used Jess for three property transactions (two sales, one purchase) and each time we have received a service we are beyond happy with. Look no further, she truly is a one in a million salesperson.
We had a awsome time and experience selling our 1st home with Jess&Ollie. Just down to earth genuine people wanting the best outcome for us. Jess&Ollie both came around to our place on the regular explaining was there strategies were to get the best results we were after. Had great knowledge and experience from selling previously in our area. We sold our house in record time with a awsome profit to match. We got the money were were asking for our home so a excellent result. Will definitely use Jess& Ollie in the future.
Jess made selling our house effortless at a delicate time in our lives, she knew what the market wanted and she got us more than we hoped for! Being nervous about going to auction she was with us reassuring us every step of the way and the results speak for themselves, $20,000 over what we had hoped! Thank you Jess your amazing 🙂
Jess was really great with very helpful advice when I had to sell Mum's house. Eventually I went with a no reserve auction that happened when Auckland was in level 3 lockdown. I was kept up to date before and during the auction. After sale service was excellent also
Jess was very professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Jess had fantastic communication, knowledge and understanding of the Whangarei region. Jess was very prompt and always readily available to manage any of our concerns. We have no hesitations in recommending Jess to get you through to unconditional and close out. Thank you
Drove north to have look at what maybe forsale in northland. Had few boxes wanted tick off. Met Jess and she took me to this property for a look. TBH we hadnt even got out off the car n I knew this was it. Jess was great and had all the answers, it was so reassuring. Made an offer and we signed a contract same evening. With covid lockdown in Auckland Jess contacted the owners to see if I could go up prior to owning which was much appreciated. The settlement was smooth and now have my own little piece off paradise to enjoy Thanks Jess for everything
Was a pleasure dealing with Jessica with the sale of our property. We faced many challenges with stage 4 lockdown being the main one which she dealt with very professionally. We didn't expect it to sell as quick as it did which is a credit to her. Highly recommend her services.
I cannot talk highly enough about Jess' efforts to sell my house. She had a clear strategy from the get go, which was bang on. She has boundless energy and exceeded my expectations by a country mile. Nothing was too much trouble for her. And when it got to the negotiating stage she navigated it brilliantly. If you want to sell your house contact Jess.
