Jerome's marketing knowledge is exceptional. I was able to understand what the market was doing and how to keep our home looking marketable. As a whanau we were not disheartened when no one turned up to the auction, this was due to the country's economic situation at the time. I learnt a lot while my home was being marketed and was able to use this knowledge when buying outside of the Waikato. Jerome is a people person and is driven, and clear.
