We were interested in a property that Jeremy and his team had listed, so we made an offer subject to the sale of our current property and subsequently listed our property subject to the purchase of the new property. The new property was already under offer and our offer was accepted as a backup offer subject to us selling. From the outset, there was a lot of activity from Jeremy and his team. They promptly arranged photography, advertising via multiple channels and regular open homes. The follow up to the open homes was excellent, we received a summary of comments made by people viewing the house and also comments from Tracey (who held all of the open homes) about her impression of their level of interest. The entire process was extremely professional, from Jeremy and his plan and process in selling our property through to Tracey working with the buyers and hosting the open homes to Hollie dealing with all the paperwork, marketing and correspondence, there was always someone available to answer questions or give advice. While it took about 3 months to find the right buyer, who went from being extremely keen on our property to offering on another property and missing out, it was the perseverance of Team Pryor that got the deal over the line in a multi-offer scenario which was the ideal scenario for us. We think this was largely because of their consistent approach to following up with all interested parties and making sure we were informed every step of the way. Having experienced both sides of a property transaction through Team Pryor, as vendor and buyer, we would recommend them and have no regrets at all with both transactions we were involved in. We genuinely appreciate the huge effort Jeremy and Tracey provided, including honest advice and encouragement along the way and we are thrilled (and still a little surprised) with the outcome.

We were always going to list with Jeremy, and when we did list he was still with Bayleys. We initially went to market with a price with no success and unfortunately very little response with only a handful of people viewing after substantial marketing investment. Jeremy in the meantime decided to move to Sothebys. Though we knew the Sothebys brand, it was new to the area and not yet fully established. However, we had every faith in Jeremy and his ability. We knew a move like that from such a big brand at a time where he was at the top of his game would have been considered seriously, and a decision not lightly taken. We were blown away with the extensive reach of the marketing with a truly international brand. We noticed from the very first open home getting 14 groups through that it was the right move considering that tripled our total viewings from the previous company in one weekend, compared with the last six months of marketing. It was a different calibre of buyer that we were seeing as well, and quickly had offers coming in. Jeremy managed the buyers and interest very well, at every stage encouraging multiple offers and getting buyers to put their best foot forward. We have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and his great team. At no point did we feel like we weren’t informed, and every effort was made to get the property sold. In the end the backup contract cashed out the original buyer, even at this point where it can be very stressful for all parties there was nothing but understanding due to Jeremy’s communication.
