My husband and I began the process of selling our house in February 2024. There was a lot of noise/pressure around how to sell/what would be the best way to sell ... and as we were trying to determine the agents to use, we sat down with Jeremy and Linda, who had a different approach to other agents we'd met with. We were immediately struck by what a good team they made, and we felt confident early on in the process that they would represent us well and fight for the best price possible. They both had deep knowledge of the market and Jeremy, especially, knew his way around our cross lease and the questions that came up as the process went on. Throughout the time the house was on the market, they worked hard for us - marketing the open homes well, keeping in touch with all the buyers, answering questions, communicating with us. They had weekends where they were back-to-back with open homes but they always made sure to communicate results to us. I appreciated their detailed report letting us know where each potential buyer stood. As it came time for offers to come in, they worked hard to negotiate the best outcome for us (in a way that was good for the eventual buyers too!). In a market where homes were consistently selling under CV, ours went above, and we were thrilled! Their approach worked and they walked us through it every step of the way. Very grateful for the time and care they put into their work -- you can tell they truly love it and that they care about the people they work with/on behalf of!

Linda's eye for detail and staging of the property were excellent, she gave us clear instructions as to what we might do to best present the property and then she did her magic. Jeremy had many hurdles to overcome when dealing with a less than helpful Body Corporate Chairperson and then the manager of the maintenance company who was claiming far more responsibility than his position might suggest. There were queries about age restrictions in the complex that to this day have yet to be resolved. However he soldiered on, identified a likely purchaser and worked gently with them and their son to get the sale across the line, BRAVO!!
