Great communication all round. We were very happy with the result.

We had spoken to a couple of agents already. We were very impressed with Kelleher's responsiveness when we reached out to them, their ability to work around us and on-point communication. They outlined at the start what they said they were going to do, and they did it. No faffing and unnecessary waffle. They answered our questions and provided us with information promptly. They kept us fully up to date through the process regarding what was happening, with regular correspondence, but not over-whelming. I liked the app where you could see visits, enquiries etc regarding the property. We were very happy with the outcome of the negotiation. And very happy with Kelleher's services across the board, and would definitely use them again.
