My house was far from a straight forward sale. A few downsides to the place that would cause most buyers to walk away (back up the long steep driveway for them to think to themselves, yeah nah stuff buying this house), all whilst being on the market during one of the toughest economic times we’ve seen. Never did he loose sight of the goalposts and after some tough team talks he scored the winner. $4,000 off our asking price and sold at a price well higher than the 2 other properties we competed with. They make the process easier for buyers, and their online advertising reaches more people than the other big agencies I was comparing appraisals with.
