Patrick is very friendly and impressionable.

I had to follow up all the time to ring to find out if anyone was calling off the advertisement etc. He wouldn’t ring me and say nobody contacted him and nothing was happening no inquiries for example. I had to ring him to find out that I found slightly annoying. but very nice person to deal with other than that and he got the job done in the end. It just takes out one person. Patrick did the negotiation on the price well.
