I never met Jenny and I don't think we even spoke on the phone as I initiated the listing with Pernell. I was pretty hands off at the property as I was short on time and I should have come to have a look. But was surprised by the paper overflowing the letter box and some old litter around the property when I mowed the lawns before settlement. I would have thought Jenny would have made a note and said something to me about it, so I could have made it a but more presentable. This may have improved the outcome. Good result though in the end.
