We returned to Jenny as buyers after a previous exceptional experience in 2017, and I would never consider anyone else. We were likely Jenny's most frustrating clients so far this year, we started with a clear brief, and then dragged her round many properties completely outside that brief. At all times, she was patient, helpful and amazing. We absolutely value the input Jenny provided at all stages in the buying process, including advice about the market, advice on specific homes, a wealth of experience, and contacts to assist with various things as needed. At all times Jenny was available to chat and help us work through our decision-making process, with honest and practical advice. We genuinely felt like Jenny was trying to achieve the best outcome for us, and she never once made us feel like we were taking too much of her time / taking too long / messing round looking at properties which were obviously not going to be right. Jenny was easy to talk to, we trust her 100%, and with her caring but honest approach, it actually felt like we had a knowledgeable family member helping us. After the benefit of all Jenny's care and knowledge during the house-hunting process, her experience and knowledge paid further dividends in the auction room, and we secured a house we are very happy with.
