We are relocating to Kaiapoi and have found Jenny and Andre incredibly professional and helpful. Taking the extra time out to liaise with tenants residing currently to allow us to get all our due diligence done and organise carpet getting measured etc, video calls from the property so we can view the place again instead of us flying there again. I would definitely recommend going thru them to buy or sell, they made the process much less stressful than we imagined for us to buy and therefore getting the sold sign for the seller.
