After a long process we finally were able to purchase 77 Karaka Road. From the first time our whānau stepped into the open home we all loved the property and this is when we met Jenny Chandler. Jenny has such a bubbily personality and was so easy to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble whenever we had a query. Her knowledge of the area was so easy for her to articulate. Jenny worked tirelessly to help us find the home we wanted in Maraetai. We had a few false starts, checked a few properties out that looked promising but didn't come to fruition, and at times wondered what we would have to do to get our wish list met. Jenny never gave up, in fact seemed to take the knockbacks as a personal challenge and found property after property until the right one that ticked all the boxed turned up. Then she got us a private viewing, turned up personally every time, and got the home opened up again for us when we needed to take whanau through. Jenny went above and beyond and we are very grateful. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
