Jennifer was excellent efficient during the sale process providing information to us in a timely manner. We received a number of offers and options. The process was extremely quick and ultimately led to the best possible outcome. Jennifer built a good rapport with us, making us feel comfortable with attaining her services. We would highly recommend to others and would go to her again ourselves!
Jen was fantastic to work with from the get-go. Her knowledge of development properties and connections to buyers (both developer and home buyers) gave us confidence she would be able to get our sale over the line. On top of this, she impressed us with her huge work ethic, and we always felt like she had our best interests at the top of her list. Would definitely work with again. A+ experience.
Jennifer recently negotiated the sale of 2 properties for us. We were very impressed with her enthusiasm, communication, knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jennifer to anyone looking for an agent and we look forward to working with Jennifer again in the future.
Jennifer worked super hard to get the result we wanted. Very knowledgeable, not only on the real estate market but also the real estate industry as a whole. Good communication skill, we feel like we are always in the loop, whenever there were turn of events. And great negotiation skills to maximize my profit.
