I am so happy that Jenni and Gabrielle Finlayson were our agents. They totally exceeded my expectations of what an agent should do, always being super helpful and accommodating. The property we sold is about 30 minutes drive from my home - certainly not an excessive distance - yet when there were little tasks to be done, or tradespeople to be let in, Gabrielle always offered to do this for me, saving me the trip. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them. They were always friendly, polite, professional and positive in all of our interactions. They were easy to talk to, matter of fact, and could always come up with practical and useful ideas to solve problems. We received excellent updates on the sales campaign in a timely manner. They are brilliant agents who work well together, and I respect their opinions and knowledge. In writing this review, I tried really hard to think of anything I wasn't happy with, but I can't come up with anything at all! I have no hesitation in recommending Jenni and Gabrielle Finlayson to anyone who wants a fabulous real estate agent to help sell their house :)

We picked Jenni and Gabrielle to sell our rural property after meeting with them and 3 other local agents. Having met them and read previous reviews, we felt they were the ideal team to work with. In a difficult market, we ultimately achieved a sale that was acceptable, enabling us to buy our next property in the same market and capitalise on being in a great position to buy. From the marketing, to the open homes, private viewings, open and honest communication, we feel that we made the right decision and are very grateful that we have been able to move on to the next phase in our lives. Right from appraisal in value and proposal of how to market and sell this duo were fantastic. Jenni has unparalleled experience and knowledge in the Mahurangi West area. Gabrielle has a great handle on marketing and together they represented our home in the best light. Jenni took on board our request to do viewing by appointment which meant that she had more work to qualify buyers and to show them around. We truly felt that we could not have got the outcome we did without them.
