Harcourts has a very impressive depth of organisation. They have a large number of employees who work together seamlessly. Real estate agents work in pairs and are extremely well supported by back-office staff. Sinead Diederich and Jen Schipper gave star performances as the sales agents. Steph Bradley the auctioneer was shrewd, charming and very skilled. Dillon Denster, rental appraiser, Richard Sinnott sales manager, Nick McLean office administrator, and Elsa Andrews, coordinator, rounded out this wonderful, intensely focused team. The team was quick to identify problems and to come up with satisfactory solutions. They exuded confidence and reassured us in what was a very stressful business. We had person to person weekly reports, and we were always in contact through WhatsApp. You just can’t beat well-oiled charm and professionalism.
